In your account, confirm your email, then read and accept the affiliate agreement at the bottom of this page.

Copy your referral link from your account and share it. Anyone who buys within 30 days of clicking earns you 40%.

Commission is calculated on what the customer actually pays, after discounts. If a customer gets a bundle discount or a seasonal sale, the commission follows the lower amount. On top of commission you also earn 5% in bonus points.

Commission rules
What to know before you share your link.
- Held for 7 days for reconciliation
Each order's commission is held for 7 days for reconciliation, then becomes due.
- Paid on the 1st and 16th of each month
Commission that is due is transferred on the 1st and 16th of each month once it reaches at least 100.000₫. Below that it carries over to the next period, nothing is lost.
- Refunds void commission
If an order is refunded, or the customer disputes the charge with their bank or card (a chargeback), the commission on that order is voided.
- Self-referral doesn't count
Buying through your own link earns no commission. To save money, use your bonus points.
- 30-day referral link
If a customer buys within 30 days of clicking your link, you're credited. If they click several people's links, the last click wins.
Affiliate agreement
You accept this text in your account before you get a referral link. Read it carefully and ask us if anything is unclear.
1. Parties
This agreement is made between VIMGROUP Investment Joint Stock Company (business registration no. 0108238230, No. 4A, Lane 445, Nguyen Khang Street, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam), owner of the Myna Happy brand and shop (“Myna Happy”), and the person who has registered a member account, confirmed their email and accepted this agreement in the account (the “Affiliate”).
To receive a referral link, the Affiliate must have at least one successfully paid order.
2. Commission and how it is calculated
For each valid order that comes through the Affiliate's link, Myna Happy pays commission of 40% of the amount the customer actually pays, that is, after all discounts. Commission is calculated in Vietnamese đồng (₫).
In addition, the Affiliate earns bonus points equal to 5% of the amount the customer actually pays. Points follow the general points rules, 1 point = ₫1.
The programme has one level: commission is paid only to the direct referrer, never through a second tier.
3. Attribution
A referral link is valid for 30 days from the customer's click. If a customer clicks several Affiliates' links, the last click before purchase is credited.
Orders the Affiliate places through their own link earn no commission.
4. Holding, payout and minimum
Commission on each order is held for 7 days for reconciliation before it becomes due.
Myna Happy prepares payouts on the 1st and 16th of each month for commission that is due, once the total reaches at least 100.000₫. Below that it carries over to the next period.
If an order is refunded, or the customer disputes the charge with their bank or card (a chargeback), the commission on that order is voided. If it was already paid, the amount is deducted from the next payout.
5. Payout account
The Affiliate is responsible for the accuracy of the bank account details they provide. A transfer made to the details provided counts as paid, and Myna Happy is not responsible for a transfer that went astray because the details were wrong.
6. Taxes
Under Vietnam's Decree 253/2026/ND-CP (in force from 1 July 2026), when a single commission payout is 5,000,000₫ or more, Myna Happy withholds 10% personal income tax before paying and remits it to the state budget. Payouts below this amount are not withheld unless the Affiliate asks.
An Affiliate whose estimated income for the year is below the taxable level may submit the tax authority's commitment form to avoid provisional withholding. To report income paid as required by law, Myna Happy may ask for the Affiliate's personal identification number.
The Affiliate is responsible for their own annual personal income tax finalisation where required.
7. Prohibited promotion
When promoting Myna Happy, the Affiliate must not:
- Send spam by email, message or comment.
- Make misleading claims about products, prices or offers, or present themselves as part of Myna Happy.
- Bid on the “Myna Happy” brand name (or variants of it) in paid ads.
- Post fake reviews or ask others to.
- Buy through their own link to earn commission.
- Cookie stuffing: placing a referral cookie on someone's browser without a deliberate click.
8. Violations
If a prohibited practice is found, the commission and points that came from it are voided, and the account may be suspended or closed. Myna Happy will explain why, and the Affiliate may respond using the contact details below.
9. Changes to the programme
Myna Happy may change commission rates and other terms, and will give notice by email or on this page. Changes don't affect commission already earned before they take effect.
10. Termination
Either side may end this agreement at any time. The Affiliate simply stops sharing the link and tells Myna Happy.
Approved commission that has not yet been paid, if it reaches the minimum, is still paid under the rules above, unless it was voided for a violation.
11. Personal data, governing law and version
The Affiliate's personal data is handled under Myna Happy's Privacy policy. This agreement is governed by the laws of Vietnam; if a dispute arises, both sides will try to settle it by talking first.

Does it cost anything to join?+
No joining fee. The only requirements are one paid order, a confirmed email and accepting the agreement.
How is commission calculated?+
40% of what the customer actually pays, after discounts. For example, if a customer pays ₫100,000 you earn ₫40,000.
When do I get paid?+

What if I haven't reached the minimum?+
Your balance carries over to the next period and is paid once it reaches 100.000₫.

Can I buy through my own link?+
You can buy, but it earns no commission. You still earn buyer points like any other customer.
What happens if a customer is refunded?+
The commission on that order is voided. If you were already paid, it's deducted from the next payout.
What about taxes?+
A single payout of 5,000,000₫ or more has 10% Vietnamese personal income tax withheld by law (Decree 253/2026). Smaller payouts are not withheld. You handle your own year-end tax finalisation where required.
